・当UTAU音源を使用した作品の動画投稿サービス・SNS・UTALOADER等への投稿
・個人製作での利用(非商用・CD頒布や収益を得ることができるサブスク等の商用どちらも)
・他音源との使用(相手側の音源の利用規約も確認すること)
・キャラクターの二次創作
・カップリング・同性愛・夢表現(人を選ぶ表現のものはゾーニングすること)
・R-15・R-18利用・R-15G・R-18G利用(必ずゾーニングすること)
・著作者が関わっていない場面での個人間による金銭の発生する依頼(イラストや調声の依頼等)

【Prohibited Matters】
Posting works without crediting the name of the voicebank.
Religious use (Making the voicebank sing hymns, etc. is allowed).
Political use.
Criminal use / Use for illegal activities.
Use for AI training, deep learning, etc.
Redistribution.
Claiming authorship (claiming you created the voicebank).
Expressions that significantly damage the character's image.
Creating roleplay accounts, or using the voicebank as a character voice (CV) for other characters.
Use that infringes or risks infringing upon the rights of others.
Any other malicious use intended to cause discomfort to others.
【Permitted Matters】
Posting works created using this UTAU voicebank to video sharing services, SNS, UTALOADER, etc.
Use in personal productions (Both non-commercial and commercial use, such as CD distribution or monetized streaming/subscription services).
Use alongside other voicebanks (Please also check the terms of use for the other voicebank).
Derivative works / Fan creations of the character.
Coupling, same-sex romance, and "yume" (self-insert) content (Please ensure proper zoning/content warnings for content that may not appeal to everyone).
R-15, R-18, R-15G, and R-18G use (Strict zoning/age-restriction is required).
Paid commissions between individuals without the creator's involvement (e.g., commissioning illustrations or voice tuning).
